Heaven Hill Grain To Glass Whiskey

The Heaven Hill Grain to Glass Kentucky Straight Wheated Bourbon Whiskey features a mashbill with higher secondary grain content than our traditional Wheated Bourbon mashbill. The distillate has been aged over six years at our Cox's Creek rickhouse site, non-chill filtered and bottled 121 proof. This unique line of Whiskeys starts at the very beginning - the seed. Each year, our Master Distiller partners with fellow family-owned seed company, Beck's Hybrids, to hand-select a unique corn seed varietal. This seed varietal changes each year and is selected to best grow in Central Kentucky.
