Wyoming Whiskey Outryder (Regional - WY)

Wyoming Whiskey Outryder is a Straight American Whiskey that represents Wyoming Whiskey's first use of rye. Until now, Outryder has been created from a blend of two whiskies with two distinct mash bills distilled in November and December of 2011 by founding Master Distiller and Bourbon Hall of Famer, Steve Nally. As Outryder grew in popularity, Wyoming Whiskey knew it had to continue producing the product but had only laid down enough stock in 2011 for a few years of production. In order to continue the legacy of Outryder, more barrels were laid down to rest in 2017, but this time with 51% Rye. This year's Outryder is now a blend of the younger and older High-Rye Bourbon, Rye Whiskey and almost Rye Whiskey in order to continue its legacy while still achieving the complex, unique flavor profile Outryder is known for. All grains are grown in Byron, Wyoming and are non-GMO.
