Crow 86 Bourbon

Crow 86 Bourbon is the latest expression from the Old Crow® family and named in honor of James C. Crow, a traveling distiller who is credited for standardizing and documenting the sour mash process. Trade journals in the 19th century described Crow's approach to making whiskey as 'novel'; in other words, a new method. In fact, it is often considered that Crow helped changed the way that bourbon was made and can be credited for pioneering modern distillation methods and techniques still employed today.
