Bruichladdich Port Charlotte 10 Heavily Peated, is a heavily peated Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky made with 100% Scottish Barley. Bottles onsite at the higer strength of 50% ABV with Islay spring water. Peated to a heavyweight 40PPM. Aged 10 years in 65% first fill and 10% second fill American Whiskey Casks, and 25% in second fill French wine casks. 50% ABV. Non-chill filtered and coloring free. Port Charlotte 10 has a BBQ smokiness, rich and spicy with sweet malty notes. Bruichladdich Distillery is featured in two documentaries ? 'The Water of Life' and 'Scotch: A Golden Dream'.
