Bruichladdich Isaly Barely 2013, is a terroir driven unpeated Islay single malt using 100% Islay Barley. 75% American Oak Casks and 25% Ribera del Duero, Syrah & Pauilac. 50% ABV. Non-chill filtered and coloring free. On the nose dried apricot, marzipan, vanilla, hints of cinnamon and ginger cake. On the papate sweet citrus, honeyed porridge and lemon meringue pie notes. Bruichladdich Distillery is featured in two documentaries ? 'The Water of Life' and 'Scotch: A Golden Dream'.
