Baby Jane Bourbon by Widow Jane is developed from a unique varietal of heirloom corn. This unique corn has depth, complexity and creamy-spiciness that makes Baby Jane Bourbon truly different. This special bourbon whiskey is distilled at Widow Jane Distilleries in Red Hook, Brooklyn and in Kentucky. It is then hand-assembled in Brooklyn, and in true small-batch fashion, blended only a few barrels at a time. Non-chill filtration and proofed from limestone mineral water from the legendary Rosendale Mines of New York. Baby Jane Bourbon has an intense, round and creamy taste with notes of caramel and stone fruits and a long finish. Enjoy neat or in your favorite whiskey cocktail.
