The Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur combines the Destillerie Purkhart's Blume Marillen eau-de-vie brandy with a fruit juice made from the same Klosterneuburger apricots. The eau-de-vie itself is famed for its delicate floral bouquet and a long, elegant finish. For over 40 years the Purkhart family has produced their lovely eau-de-vie that embodies the apricot orchard in full bloom. Unlike other fruit liqueurs that can be cloying, this liqueur delivers a delicate sweetness and bouquet expected from orchard ripe fruit.
