Penelope 10 Year Single Barrel Whiskey is a distinct expression crafted from a rare, hand-selected barrel aged for a full decade. Made with a high rye mash bill consisting of 60% corn, 36% rye, and 4% malted barley, this limited edition stands apart from any previous Penelope release. Each barrel is carefully chosen from different warehouses and floors, highlighting the exceptional characteristics that emerge in well-aged stocks. This release is a tribute to the individuality and complexity that can only be found in a single barrel of finely matured bourbon.
