It is aged 5 years and is rich and fully flavored, balanced with notes of caramel, toasted oak, rye & malt. It is distilled at the Historic James E. Pepper Distillery in Lexington, Kentucky: DSP-KY-5. The custom bottle is a re-creation of a decanter used at the Historic Distillery in the 1940s.
