Kaiyo Whisky The Sheri is our most limited and collected expression. The Sheri 3rd Edition is our most unique in the series, as it is matured in a variety of highly sought after barrels: Oloroso Sherry, French Oak Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximenez (PX) Sherry, and Mizunara Oak. As with all Kaiyo Whisky products, The Sheri 3rd Edition is made from 100% Japanese distillate and 100% malted barley. It is also unchill-filtered and naturally colored.
