Grant recipients must submit a final project report upon completion or by October 1, 2026, whichever comes first.

Grant recipients must submit a final report summarizing how grant funds were used in alignment with approved activities outlined in the award agreement. Reports must include project outcomes, community impact, additional funding sources, and expense documentation demonstrating appropriate use of funds. Required documentation includes itemized receipts, invoices, or other records.
